Invitations
These beautiful plantable invitations and response cards from Botanical Paperworks were an instant hit with this eco-conscious couple.
Due to the intimate nature of the ceremony, some guests only received an invitation to the reception, while some received two invitations, one to each event. Wording for both invitations is included below:

Ceremony Book
In order to include her Abuela, who primarily speaks Spanish, in the ceremony, Elena is having a custom book printed and bound. This book will include the text of all of the ceremony's readings in both English and Spanish. This will allow her Abuela to follow along and will leave her with a special memento of the wedding day.

Signage
In an effort to remain more eco-conscious regarding the creation and use of paper products on their wedding day, Elena and Aidan are opting instead for chalkboard art for some of their signage. Fortunately, a dear friend from college, Rory Harper-McCombs, is willing to create the art when they arrive in town a few days prior to the wedding.
Here is where the chalkboard art will be displayed:
-
One large sign for the entrance to the reception
-
Three small signs reading "O'Neils," "Galindos," and "Friends" for the escort card table at the reception
-
One medium sign for "Gifts," once the escort card table is cleared
-
One medium sign explaining the audio guest book (see below)
-

Audio Guestbook
Inspired by After the Tone on TikTok, but not wanting to shell out the cash, the couple has created a Google Voice number specifically for their loved ones to leave messages. This also allows the couple to remember who was in attendance without generating and shipping another paper product.
A brief explanation of the activity will be left on the same table as the Book Bar favors for guests. Partygoers are encouraged to call the number provided and leave the newlyweds a voicemail full of well-wishes, jokes, and advice.
After the wedding, the couple may choose to convert the downloaded audio files into a CD or vinyl record to relive the memories again and again.

A Note on Additional Products:
Elena and Aidan chose not to pursue any additional stationery items for their upcoming wedding. In their minds, many of these items, such as ceremony programs or menu cards at the reception, have a very limited lifespan. They've chosen to prevent the creation of more waste by focusing their budget and attention on the specific stationery items described above.
